When is the order deadline?

Orders for our Foodtogether Co-Ops close midday Tuesdays, apart from Christchurch which closes midday Mondays, and New Plymouth, which closes midnight Tuesday.

Pre-orders for Pop-Ups close midday Tuesday or Thursday, depending on the pick-up day. See individual product pages for the details.

When is delivery?

Deliveries of Co-Op boxes take place on Thursdays for most of our hubs. Pop-Ups are pick-up only.

What size box should I get?

Generally our Mara Box is a good size for 1-2 people, the Kai Box for 2-3 people, and the Whanau Box for 3-4 people.

How do I know what is in the boxes each week?

Each hub normally advertises the upcoming box contents via their facebook page or an email newsletter. You can get in touch with your hub coordinator - contact details here. We usually post the contents for each box type here.

What if I have allergies or special requirements?

Write down any special requirements in the notes section when placing your order, and we'll see what we can do for you.

What happens if I can't collect my order?

Please contact your hub coordinator if you can't collect your order, and they may be able to hold it for you. If the hub does not hear from you, unclaimed orders will be donated to a food bank.
