When is the order deadline?

The weekly order cut-off for all Foodtogether Aotearoa Co-Ops and Pop-Ups is midday Tuesday for same week pick-up or delivery.

If you have a subscription the payment will come out of your account on Sunday for delivery or pick-up the following week.

Do you offer delivery?

We currently offer delivery on Auckland's North Shore on Thursdays and Fridays, between 3pm and 8pm. We deliver to the following post codes: 0630, 0632, 0629, 0627, 0620, 0622, 0626, 0624

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.99

What size box should I get?

Generally our Māra Box is a good size for 1-2 people, the Kai Box for 2-3 people, and the Whanau Box for 3-4 people.

How do I know what is in the boxes each week?

Each hub normally advertises the upcoming box contents via their facebook page or an email newsletter. You can get in touch with your hub coordinator - contact details here

What if I have allergies or special requirements?

Write down any special requirements in the notes section when placing your order, and we'll see what we can do for you.

What happens if I can't collect my order?

Please contact your hub coordinator if you can't collect your order, and they may be able to hold it for you. If the hub does not hear from you, unclaimed orders will be donated to a food bank.

Why can't everyone order grocery items?

We are currently running a trial on Auckland's North Shore, to test the logistics of offering additional grocery items. By mid-July we hope to roll out this offering to all New Zealanders.
