FAQ

  • What Is Foodtogether?

Foodtogether is a non profit social enterprise made up of people that has the goal of making seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables accessible to everyone in our community at affordable prices, typically half the price of what you would pay elsewhere. We work in partnership with the national arm of Foodtogether to ensure we can get the best quality fruit and vegetables sourced from the markets at the best possible price for you.

  • What do I get?

You get great quality seasonal fruit and vegetables, purchased fresh from the markets that same day. Our popular $15 Community Value bags (that’s one bag of fruit and one bag of vegetables for $15) are great value for money. You can pick-up from one of our local hubs or get it delivered straight to your door. We publish produce lists for each week on our website and send out a weekly email of what you can expect to be in the bags the following week. Note the content of your order varies from week to week depending on what is available at the local market and what season it is.

  • How do I order and where do I collect my produce?

Please sign up and create an account with us online. Once you have your log-in, you can go to our shop, select your produce and delivery option and proceed to the check-out.

  • What if I forget to collect my order?

Any orders that are not picked-up will be donated to someone or a family who would benefit from the produce within your community.
